Two Words: Buy It! My book arrived today! Iâ??ve been waiting for this book, and believe me, it did not disappoint! Iâ??ve been following The Zero Sugar Diet, and I really wanted this book. As someone who has dieted for most of her life until very recently, I canâ??t tell you what a relief it is not to count carb grams, calories, fat grams, points or food exchanges anymore. I really wanted an easy way of lowering the sugar and upping the fiber in my diet, without counting anything, and The Zero Sugar Diet delivered. I…

Misleading I returned this book. None of the recipes pictured on the front are in the cookbook, maybe it is pictures of foods you canâ??t eat? And the fiber counts for the recipes are overinflated for the ingredients listed. Very disappointing.

Disappointing. Not worth the money and time. Was looking forward to a new diet for 2019. Recipes were not good. Gained pounds instead of loosing. Boring book.
