Love it – would recommend it to friends Bought this machine based of the claim it could peel potatoes in a minute. I was fully prepared to return it if it didn’t peel, so that was the first test. And it worked.Interesting thing, it tells you that you can do 6 small round potatoes in 40 seconds, but my potatoes are never round, rather they are average size oval potatoes. An expensive mistake for me. I read all the glowing reviews on other sites and checked out the machine at a local store before I purchased. Pros: it is fast and will probably last a long time. The dicing kit, although tough to clean and a bit awkward (be careful, it is sharp), works GREAT!
