Stackable – the way it should be done! The very first thing I used my Instant Pot for was to boil eggs that I didn’t want to spoil before I could get around to eating them. The IP did a fantastic job – but this would have made it so much easier (& quicker)! I can now get more eggs per “boil.” and they neither touch each other nor the sides of the pot (which can cause the green halo around the yolk). Plus, they also work as trivets to stack more food into the Instant Pot.

Handy Steamer and Dryer Rack Purchased this to accompany my new Instant Pot. The rack is in two parts and you carefully stack the smaller on top of the larger with the feet fitting into the top rail of the bottom rack. Not necessary. This is a good sturdy product and an interesting idea. However if you are boiling eggs in your Instant Pot, a wire basket works much better. You can dip the whole basket in cold water. With this, you have to take it apart. It’s a bit of a challenge to get the thing out of the pot once the eggs are done, then you need to handle the eggs to get them in the cold water. Might be good for dying Easter Eggs, although I haven’t tried it. I don’t seem to be giving it much/any use.
